
When designing a logo, we want to ensure that it defines our brand and what we stand for, while also maintaining readability in all formats, whether large or small.
A logo I felt did not meet these requirements is the KIA car brand. With their original logo, it was readable and clear, whereas their new one, though more in line with how cars look and are made, loses that readability. In my eyes, it reads more as "K and a backwards N" rather than "KIA".
